Study on the Adsorption Relationship between Organic Matter and Particulate Matter in Water Distribution Pipes

In the process of water distribution, secondary pollution drinking cannot be ignored. There are many organic substances in supply network, some which exist a dissolved state as matter (DOM), and adsorbed on particulate to form (POM). With flow water, particles will brought into end user, threaten life health user. this study, two forms distributed were comprehensively analyzed through micro-filtration membrane filtration, ultrasonic extraction, C18 column solid phase GC-MS detection, their changes explored. The results show that, sampling point moves away from source, DOM decreases POM increases, all there fewer species than POM, indicating that more existed or particle form, relatively less state. mainly includes alcohol, ketone, ester, nitrogen, sulfur compounds, benzene, content different size ranges is not same. Some small have higher while large does obvious regularity.
